Family Suing Nursing Home (R News)


ROCHESTER,N.Y. A Rochester-area nursing home is being sued for the death of one of its residents. The family of a 94-year old woman who died at the Jewish Home and Infirmary of Rochester back in May 2005 filed the lawsuit. It claims the home's negligence caused the death of Maria Tschanz.
