Rochester area nursing home sued for death of resident (WHE


A Rochester area nursing home is being sued for the death of one of its residents. The family of the 94-year-old woman who died at the Jewish Home and Infirmary of Rochester back in May of 2005 filed the lawsuit. The suit claims the home's negligence caused the death of Maria Tschanz.
