Owners of nursing home plead not guilty (KATC3)


CHALMETTE, La. The owners of Saint Rita's Nursing Home, where 35 people died in the flooding that followed Hurricane Katrina, pleaded NOT guilty today on charges of negligent homicide and cruelty to the infirm.
