Not guilty pleas from owners of nursing home where 35 died


CHALMETTE, La. Thirty-five people died in their nursing home when it was flooded after Hurricane Katrina. Today, the husband-and-wife owners of the New Orleans area facility are pleading not guilty to charges of negligent homicide and cruelty to the infirm.
