Owners of nursing home where 35 died to be arraigned Wednes


CHALMETTE -- The owners of St. Rita's Nursing Home, where 35 people died in the flooding that followed Hurricane Katrina -- were scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday on charges of negligent homicide and cruelty to the infirm.
