Nursing home residents to rally in Dover (The News Journal)


The rights of residents in nursing homes and other long-term care facilities will be highlighted Tuesday at the Residents' Rights Rally at the Dover Sheraton. The event begins at 1 p.m. and will feature food, comments by state officials, and readings and musical performances by residents. The rally is part of the "CARE Matters" initiative of the National Citizens' Coalition for Nursing Home
