Fears over change at nursing home in Dover (Daily Record)


DOVER -- Family members of patients in The Dwelling Place, St. Clare's Health Services' 124-bed nursing home in Dover, recently sent a list of five goals to hospital management and state health officials as a way to keep open a dialogue about the future of the facility.
