Judge defers bond decision in case of nurse accused of murd


A judge ruled that a superior court judge will decide if a nurse accused of killing a plastic surgery patient will receive bail. It was standing room only in the courtroom during the hour-and-a-half session Monday. Sally Hill was arrested earlier this month for the alleged murder of Sandra Joyner.
