CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- A Charlotte nurse accused of murdering her patient has a bond hearing scheduled on Monday. Sally Hill, who was profiled on Good Morning America early Monday morning, was the post-op nurse on duty when Sandra Joyner had cosmetic surgery five years ago.
