Nursing home administrator appointed (Press & Sun-Bulletin)


Judy B. Blanding was appointed administrator at Willow Point Nursing Home this week by the Broome County Legislature. Blanding, of Apalachin, was serving as interim administrator and oversaw the county-run nursing home from September 1988 to July 1989, according to her resume.
