UnitedHealth loses round one in legal fight with Colorado h


UnitedHealth Group Inc. lost the first round in its legal battle with Colorado's HealthOne hospital system Thursday when a judge refused to issue a temporary restraining order that would have kept HealthOne from terminating a mammography contract.
