Third baby dies after error at Indiana hospital (USA Today)


A third premature infant has died after being accidentally given an adult-sized dose of a blood thinner medication at a hospital last week. Three other babies were still being treated after being given too powerful a dose of the drug, which a pharmacy technician accidentally stored in the care unit's drug cabinet.
