CHALMETTE, La. -- The owners of a flooded New Orleans-area nursing home where 35 patients died, now face indictment. Salvador and Mabel Mangano were jailed two weeks after Hurricane Katrina. Their nursing home, in St. Bernard Parish, was flooded.
