A Turlock nurse's assistant was arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a patient. Modesto Police arrested Marvin Ruiz, 29, of Turlock at the Garden City Care home at 11:45 a.m. Wendesday for allegedly abusing a 98-year-old female patient, say police.
