Nursing Home Owners Indicted with Negligent Homicide, Cruel
CHALMETTE, La. (AP) _ The owners of a nursing home where 35 patients died when Hurricane Katrina hit southeastern Louisiana were indicted today on charges of negligent homicide and cruelty to the infirm.
