Hospital strategic plan takes life as it falls into place (


COSHOCTON - A plan that was put into motion nearly three years ago is starting to fall into place. "It's taken on life now," Bill Dutton, president of the Coshocton County Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees, said to members Tuesday evening at their regularly monthly meeting.
