CHULA VISTA, 9:57 a.m. Sept. 19 (UNION-TRIBUNE): A 13-year-old girl collapsed for unexplained reasons Monday morning at a Chula Vista Middle School and was pronounced dead an hour later at a nearby hospital, authorities said.
