Heath nursing home wins awards (The Advocate)


HEATH -- The Heath Nursing Care Center pulled off a rare double feat, winning a pair of awards for excellence. The center won the Perfect Life Safety Survey Award as well as an Excellence Award for regulatory compliance from the Ohio Academy of Nursing Homes.
