Two Rhode Island nursing homes accused of labor violations agree to pay more than 135-thousand dollars in back wages. Investigators at the U-S Department of Labor say they uncovered federal labor law violations at Heatherwood Nursing and Subacute Center in Newport and South County Nursing and Subacute Center in North Kingstown.
