Hospital Rezoning OK’d By Community Board 7 (Queens Chron


By a vote of 38 to 1, Community Board 7 on Monday approved New York Hospital Queens’ plan to upzone its campus and build a new parking garage. The rezoning, from an R4 to an R6, will allow the hospital to build a new 80 bed facility on the existing parking lot facing Main Street.
