Extendicare to close Milwaukee nursing home (BizJournals)


The Plymouth Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 619 W. Walnut St., Milwaukee, will close permanently by Jan. 13, according to its corporate owner, Extendicare Health Services Inc.
