Jan Wilson, a registered nurse at Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center, was honored Tuesday for 40 consecutive years of service. Wilson is a labor and delivery nurse at the San Luis Obispo hospital’s birthing center, where she has delivered and cared for more than 20,000 babies. She began working at the hospital when she was 21.
