Judge delays releasing nursing home fire files (Tennessean)
The release of court files sealed by a judge in lawsuits over a fatal fire at a Nashville nursing home has been delayed again. A September 2003 fire at the National HealthCare Corp. nursing home resulted in 16 deaths and more than 30 lawsuits.
