Bandar Seri Begawan - Pengiran Anak Puteri Rashidah Sa'adatul Bolkiah Nursing College celebrated its 20th anniversary yesterday and the ceremony was officiated by the guest of honour, Pehin Orana Kaya Seri Lela Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Abdul Rahman bin Dato Setia Haji Mohammed Taib, Minister of Education at the college's Jubilee Hall.
