A trio of major construction projects at NorthEast Medical Center have one thing in common: They all are on schedule to be finished on time. That's a welcome diagnosis for the Concord hospital and its patients and visitors.All told, the work involves some $80 million worth of construction for a visitor parking deck, a building expansion to include a children's hospital and a new oncology and
