MACOMB - Rebecca Neese fanned herself with her hand and stifled her sobs while she waited. By 2 p.m. Wednesday, the preliminary hearing for Dr. Khaled Dabash, 44, and his nurse, Neese, 30, of Camden, got under way before Circuit Court Judge John Clerkin.
