Mount St. Mary's College's Accelerated Nursing Program to R


LOS ANGELES----Sept. 6, 2006--Mount St. Mary's College has received a gift of $850,000 and a commitment for another $500,000 from Kaiser Permanente Southern California to support the Mount's accelerated nursing program, which is designed to help ease California's severe nursing shortage by placing qualified, registered nurses with baccalaureate degrees into the workforce in just one year.
