Attorney: Clients scapegoats in Katrina nursing home deaths


NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana (AP) -- The owners of a nursing home where 34 people died in Hurricane Katrina's floodwaters are being unfairly blamed for the failings of the Louisiana and federal governments, the owners' defense attorney said.
