SOMERS POINT — Shore Memorial Hospital's top executive said Thursday that he hopes to close the Ocean Point Healthcare Center, the Bay Avenue nursing home, within the next few months because the aging facility has seen its losses mount recently and his plans for a replacement have been stalled for years.
