Third nursing home in two weeks found in violation of proto


The Tennessee Department of Health on Wednesday suspended patient admissions at the third nursing home facility within a two-week period, citing The Cornelia House, a 159-bed licensed facility in Nashville, for numerous violations, including failing to report incidents and follow physician orders.
