Company plans new nursing home (Sentinel-Tribune)
Care Initiatives announced Monday its intentions to construct a new $5.5 million nursing and rehabilitation center on West Clay. The company recently purchased nearly 13 acres of land from Donnie and Cheryl McCuddin of Osceola.
