EDWARDSVILLE, Ill. (AP) -- A nurse is charged with criminal neglect in the death of a Metro East nursing home resident. Prosecutors charged Donna Graham, 49, of Granite City, Illinois, late last week, accusing her of giving Blanche Rexing, 86, a lethal dose of the painkiller oxycodone.
