Three mentally ill inmates moved to hospital; others still


The three St. Lucie County inmates who were stuck in jail for weeks after they were declared mentally unfit for trial — despite a state law that says they should have been transferred for treatment within 15 days — are finally all living in a state hospital, according to their attorney.
