RTC Practical Nursing program holds 39th graduation ceremon
The Rolla Technical Center’s Program of Practical Nursing held its 39th graduation ceremony on Friday, July 14, 2006, at the Rolla Middle School. Commencement speaker for the ceremony was Elisa Coffman, SPN.
