Julie Fullenkamp and Andrew Alt were married in a hospital meditation room on the Fourth of July. The groom sat in a wheelchair for most of the ceremony; the bride wore white flip-flops; afterward, he returned to his bed and the couple cut into a cake made by the hospital kitchen.
