LEMON GROVE, 3:45 p.m. Aug. 24 (SIGNONSANDIEGO): A woman allegedly attacked by a man in a Lemon Grove apartment was expected to be released from a hospital Thursday, but the man remained hospitalized with more serious injuries, a sheriff's lieutenant said.
