Belknap County looking to recoup nursing home fine (WCAX 3)
LACONIA, N.H. (New Hampshire's) Belknap County hopes it will be able to recoup some of the 120 thousand dollars in penalties it had to pay after the county nursing home failed to meet state and federal standards.
