Touchstone Communities is planning three new nursing homes in the San Antonio area to tap the rapidly growing eldercare market. Each facility will have 120 rooms with smaller family-style living units within the larger building. The San Antonio firm said nursing homes and other eldercare services are a booming business as people live longer.
