Regina sailors reach out to Japanese nursing home (Lookout)


Most residents of a Japanese nursing home expect a visit from family and friends, not Canadian sailors. But on Aug. 12, fourteen Canadian sailors and one giant gopher visited the residents of Cho ju-en nursing home in Sasebo, Japan, and carried out much-needed work.
