Mom's Corpse Rots In Hospital, $1M Awarded (CBS 2 New York)
A Bronx man has won a $1 million jury award after he claimed a hospital let his mom's body rot after she died. The lawsuit by 27-year-old William Gilson said his mom's body was so decomposed he couldn't have an open casket wake and funeral.
