UST Hospital opens cancer facility (Manila Bulletin)


The University of Santo Tomas Hospital (USTH) recently opened its R350-million world-class cancer treatment facility, named "Benavides Cancer Institute" for the founder of the university and 16th century Archbishop of Manila, Fr. Miguel Benavides, O.P. It is staffed by medical and surgical oncologists from the hospital’s own pool of specialists.
