Sitrin nursing home to be discussed (Observer-Dispatch)
NEW HARTFORD – Plans for a proposed residential nursing home at the Charles T. Sitrin Home health care center will be discussed during a town Planning Board at 4:30 p.m. Monday at the Kellogg Road Community Center.
