Nursing home requests re-inspection (Coos Bay World Link)
The Oregon Department of Human Services has until Nov. 22 to re-inspect Life Care Center of Coos Bay, which formally requested the procedure last Wednesday. The licensed nursing care facility was issued a restriction of admission order Oct. 17.
