Departing Broward hospital chief gets sweet deal -- $1.3 mi


The board of the taxpayer-assisted North Broward Hospital District handed outgoing chief executive Wil Trower the right to add annual raises worth thousands of dollars to the $1.3 million he is receiving over the next 21/2 years for quitting his job, the severance agreement shows.
