Nursing homes' oversight defended (Delaware Online)


WILMINGTON -- State officials Wednesday defended their efforts to safeguard Delaware nursing home residents, saying claims by a former state inspector that serious violations were downgraded or eliminated from federal reports were little more than differences of opinion.
