Bilateral Hand Trouble....
I am having problems right now and my doctor still is unsure what my problem is. I am having all sorts of symptoms, from "pins and needles" to cramps, pain, difficulty using hands, swelling, burning sensations, dystonia like symptoms... and this has affected both hands not always at the same time. I have had lots of bloodwork and 2 EMG's and still have no answer. Just typing this is very uncomfortable. If I can't type I can't do my job. All my nursing assessments and patient teaching are done in a computer. I hope to get answers on Friday. This whole experience has been an eye-opener for me. I feel like my doctors aren't listening to me and that they are discounting my problems and concerns. Being treated like this by doctors that I have respected has been disheartening and it is driving me crazy.
