Drug battle nurse clear of cancer (Evening Standard)


A nurse who successfully fought to receive the cancer drug Herceptin on the NHS has been given the all-clear from the disease. Barbara Clark, 49, from Bridgwater, Somerset, threatened to take her case to the European Court of Human Rights to obtain the drug to treat her breast cancer.
