At school we are talking about different kinds of leaders mainly transactional which don't really take feedback from their staff and are the typical "boss" at the workplace and then transformational whom encourage input from their team of employees. I know everyone has a story or two to say about these two different types of leaders, let me know yours, also what are the pros and cons to beging one or the other.
