online courses
Hello There!
I am not quite yet a nursing student but hope to be one soon! I have a Bachelor of Arts in Archaeology but am excited to start school again to become a Nurse. However, Im lost! I live in a rural area and the closest school is a community college about an hour away. There is a "rural outreach nursing education program" in the area that I hope to become a part of, however, even with my 4-year degree there are 5 or 6 prerequisites that I have not met. I am hopeing to find someone here that has experience with online courses. I hope to fulfill my prerequisite requirments online while working full time. There are so many colleges out there that offer online courses but I dont want to shoot myself in the foot by choosing the wrong one! Has anyone here, on this forum, had good/bad experiences with online courses? What colleges offer the best programs, and which ones should I be wary of??? Any input that anyone can give would be SO greatly appreciated.. Im having a hard time getting off the ground and it is something that I want to do, and have wanted to do for so long! Thanks to anyone who can give some advice to get started!
