HealthDay - WEDNESDAY, Dec. 28 (HealthDay News) -- Postmenopausal breast cancer patients who take letrozole, one of a new class of drugs called aromatase inhibitors, reduce their risk of cancer recurrence compared with women taking tamoxifen, a breast cancer drug used widely for more than two decades, researchers report.
